Tried 2 other places before them but they were unwilling to make a phone call to a Health Choice VA program case worker. Charlene from Jacksonville Physical Therapy was more than willing to assist me and got me in for an appointment within a few days. I highly recommend veterans and everyone else to gove them a try.
