  This place is ridicilous. The PA which is a Physican Assistant had the nerve to tell me that my childs Ear Nose and Throat Doctor did not know what he was talking about. They are VERY rude I over heard a XRAY tech on the phone telling someone to take the CIPRO they were given and if they did not like it to go somewhere else. What does an XRAY tech know about medication? The PA gave me a prescription for cough medication to stop coughing when I was not even coughing! He also told me it was completely normal to have a "cold" for weeks and even months. Save your time and money go somewhere else!

  I read the other reviews...yes, they are true. I really hate leaving a bad review but this office is not well managaged. I used to come to this clinic but the constant 1 hour wait (even if you have an appointment) is trully rude. I visited this clinic about 10 times in all. Things that you will get: -erratic service (you will get it late 9 times of of 10) -staff shortages:"Sorry Sir, but we only have 1 doctor in today." -flexible hours (they open late and weekends Recommendations: -Bring a good, qualified manager, pay him/her well. (after all you are getting plenty of customers here in Jax) -Train your staff in customer service. For example: what is wrong with asking your staff to follow up on the patients? If someone is late and this causes other patients to be pushed back, LET THEM KNOW! By ignoring them, it makes them angry. By ackowledging them, it makes them feel they matter. -This will bring customers -You will stop loosing customers -You will not have to close your doors and blame "the customers"
