  Our experience with this agent has been a very frustrating one. We are a military family that has been with State Farm for over 25 years. After the experience we had with this office we are now with USAA. After moving to NC from CA we made an appointment and had our multiple auto policies transferred over without incident. However, when if came time to transfer our renters' policy, motorcycle, and life insurance policies they never could get them transferred. Six months later this remains unresolved. After multiple phone calls to their office and walking in to speak with them directly I was assured each time that all would be taken care of in less than 2 weeks. Some of our policies eventually transferred, but to this day 4 others have not. In all this time we never met nor got a phone call from the actual agent, Jennifer DuFore. We mostly worked with one of her account reps, Lindsi. Our multiple moves have found us working with State Farm agents all over the country. At every location but this one, the agent has at the very least come out to introduce themselves and/or worked with us directly.
