  I have been a patient at the Jacksonville NC location off hwy 17 for several years and had always had a pleasant experience and had always found the people there very helpful and accommodating ....recently I stopped by the pharmacy on a saturday to get a refill on my script and didn’t realize I needed authorization in order to do so but the pharmacy always sent the request in for me with no issues but this time was different ...I had been without my meds for 2 days when I called the doc office Monday of which Ms Cyndi had always been who I had spoken to anytime I called so naturally when it was someone else in the phone I asked if I could speak to her and was informed in a rude manner that she was no longer there and was working in the Snead’s ferry office I proceeded to explain my issue with my prescription at which time Keisha claimed that there was a process and that she would have to email to get approval At which time she would let me know. At this point I have been without my medication for three days of which you’re not supposed to go without due to having with drawl symptoms. I never received a phone call on Monday nor Tuesday at which time I began to experience the withdraw symptoms. Wednesday morning I decided to call again to follow up at which time the same girl and for me that my doctor was no longer there either and that the new doctor denied my request for a refill on Monday which I was not informed at all. Be this time my symptoms had gotten Worse by breaking out in sweats chills blurred vision etc... they were very unhelpful I did not volunteer to assist in the situation which time I contacted my local pharmacy who assist me by giving me an emergency three which would allow me to find another doctor. When Cyndi and my original doctor was there it would not be an issue and never had been in the past 3 years...I will not be returning to that location and I have found a new doctor that can assist me moving forward due to the negative issues and rudeness of the new staff members...
